First session
During the first session expect to be yourself and talk about your concerns and issues. It's okay to jump right in!
Strengths
One of my strengths is I have suffered losses and had to work through the process of grief. My years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups within hospitals, churches, hospice agencies, home health, and long-term care facilities who have suffered a loss and need grief support allows me to empathize with their situation.
Ideal clients
My work is primarily focused on middle aged and older clients who are grieving a loss and to help them understand and move through the stages of loss & grief.

I prefer to use this treatment method because we all have heard that "no two people are alike" and the Eclectic Therapy approach helps to support individualized treatment goals.
