Hi, I’m Dr. Gabrielle Reynolds, LISW-S – but you can call me Dr. Reynolds or just Gabrielle. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people work through life’s ups and downs. Whether that’s stress, anxiety, trauma, or just feeling stuck and unsure of what’s next. I take a down-to-earth, supportive, and culturally aware approach to therapy. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and truly heard. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your lived experiences, and help you build tools that actually work for your life. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating big transitions, those juggling family and career stress, and people from marginalized communities who deserve a space to just be without judgment. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It’s a space to grow, vent, laugh, cry, and figure things out together. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to connect.. Thank you!

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I believe therapy is a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Together, we will navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and create a path toward healing and growth. I look forward to being part of your journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, focusing on your unique experiences, values, and goals. I pride myself on tailoring therapy to each client’s needs, using evidence-based methods. As someone who deeply values cultural humility, I am especially passionate about working with diverse populations, including [ e.g., Black women, postpartum mothers, or marginalized communities]. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and foster a sense of empowerment in all areas of your life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in supporting Black women during pregnancy and postpartum. I am dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space where you can navigate the unique challenges and joys of motherhood. I understand the intersection of culture, identity, and motherhood, and I am here to help you explore your experiences with care and understanding. Whether you're managing postpartum depression, anxiety, or the everyday adjustments of this life-changing journey, we’ll work together to uncover your strengths, build resilience, and nurture your well-being. Using evidence-based approaches and a culturally responsive lens, my goal is to empower you to thrive in this transformative season of life. You don’t have to face this alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
