Empowering

I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and older adults navigate life's emotional challenges with compassion and evidence -based care. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, insomnia, and mood disorders. My patients often describe me as calm, cooperative, approachable, and easy to talk to. I take time to listen carefully, educate you about your treatment options, and ensure you feel comfortable participating in every decision regarding your care. My goal is not simply to prescribe medication but to help you build tools needed for long-term emotional wellness.

First session

During our first session, we will take time to discuss your concerns, review your mental health history, and identify your goals for treatment in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, and practical strategies to support your mental wellness.

Strengths

I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach and take the time to listen carefully, so you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your care. My goal is to combine evidence-based treatment with practical, personalized strategies that empower you to make a meaningful and lasting progress.
