Know that this is a safe space—a place where you can express yourself freely and have your feelings truly validated. My goal is to build a professional, trusting relationship with you and to work together to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. I will listen closely to what you have to say, and I will always value and respect your input. I believe healing and progress happen when you feel heard, empowered, and able to voice your own opinions. Together, we’ll work toward your success—on your terms.
Working one-on-one with clients has been truly rewarding for me over the past six years. I consider myself a naturally caring person, and I’ve been a nurse for 18 years. Throughout my career, I’ve always lived by the motto: “Treat people the way you would like to be treated.” This guiding principle shapes the way I connect with and care for each individual—meeting them with empathy, respect, and understanding.
I can relate with client that feels overwhelm with life, being married for 31 years, mother of 4 children and working full time. History of having the notion of not being good enough and not finding validated with ones self.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have experiences with patient that has history for mental issues and it will be an honor to help manage symptoms on an holistic approach.
