Since starting my social work journey, I have worked in numerous settings, including daycare, schools, after-school programs, in-home therapy, therapeutic mentoring and most recently working with children and their families in outpatient therapy settings.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Connecting with others on a genuine level, without fear of judgment or bias. Providing empathy and guidance to those as we work on trying to determine the route cause of your current challenges. Empowering clients and building upon their confidence and self-esteem.
Ideal clients
I love working with young adults 18+ who are currently in their soul searching journey and need the tools and guidance. They are dedicated to wanting to make a change and are willing to try new recommendations. I also love helping those are suffering from anxiety or parents who may need an unbiased person to talk and vent too about the challenges of raising children in this technology/social media world.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a treatment that is used to assist individuals in changing their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will work with the client on challenging their negative thinking patterns and work on re-framing them together.
