Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I got my master's from California State University, Fresno and have been practicing for about 13 years now. I enjoy helping people reduce their anxiety and depression and working to develop better coping skills and ultimately life satisfaction. I like to use a variety of skills and techniques based off of your needs and concerns to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will do brief introductions then start to explore the reasons you are seeking services and some challenges you might be facing. From there, I like to ask clients about any past experiences with therapy to explore techniques that have or have not worked with providers in the past and then develop collaboratively the goals that will guide treatment moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel that my strengths as a provider are my ability to connect with my clients, truly making them feel hear and understood, and increasing insight and awareness in their lives of patterns of thoughts and actions that have been negatively impacting life.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love to work with clients that are ready to make changes in their life but have struggles to make these changes on their own and are looking for support. My clients can often feels stuck with how they are feeling and trying to use the same ways of coping that haven't been working the way they want. I'm here to help those clients get "unstuck" and make true progress towards their goals.
