I am a therapist who helps high-achieving adults navigate burnout, stress, life transitions, and self-worth challenges while reconnecting with themselves in a healthier and more sustainable way. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in assertive warmth—balancing compassion, honesty, accountability, and practical tools for change. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to help clients build emotional resilience, healthier boundaries, and sustainable coping skills. As an active runner, rock climber, adventurer, and nature lover, I believe life is meant to be explored. I enjoy helping clients reconnect with their confidence, identity, and sense of purpose so they can feel empowered to take on life’s challenges and accomplish their own “mountain summits.” Originally from Philadelphia, I bring authenticity, humor, directness, and genuine support into the therapy space while helping clients move from survival mode into a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session with me, you can expect a supportive, relaxed, and judgment-free space where we begin getting to know each other and exploring what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current challenges, stressors, goals, relationships, and any patterns that may be keeping you stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is collaborative and conversational, so you do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Most importantly, the first session is about building connection and helping you feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the process ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring authenticity, empathy, humor, direct communication, and a strengths-based perspective into each session. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe, understood, and challenged to grow. My approach balances compassion with accountability, helping clients build practical coping skills, emotional resilience, healthier boundaries, and greater self-awareness. I also bring a strong appreciation for the mind-body connection, encouraging sustainable habits that support both mental and physical well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, anger, shame, relationship challenges, major life transitions, or chronic stress and want a supportive space to better understand themselves. Many are individuals or couples who may appear to have it all together on the outside but struggle internally with self-doubt, emotional regulation, or unresolved past experiences. They are open to exploring mindfulness, somatic awareness, practical coping skills, and healthier communication within themselves and with others. They are looking for increased resilience and lasting change.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I integrate this treatment technique into therapy to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and body sensations in the present moment. By practicing grounding, self-compassion, and intentional awareness, clients can build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and respond to life's challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
