About
I help clients navigate life’s challenges, including stress, burnout, life transitions, self-doubt, and relationship struggles, while reconnecting with their strengths and sense of purpose. My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering, blending compassion, honesty, accountability, and practical tools to help you create meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore your story, build confidence, develop healthier patterns, and help you move forward with greater balance, resilience, and authenticity. I bring humor, curiosity, and genuine support into the therapy space because growth can be challenging—but it doesn’t have to feel impossible
First session
Your first session is a chance to slow down, feel heard, and begin sharing your story in a safe, welcoming space. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and the strengths you already have. You don’t need to have it all figured out (therapy isn’t a pop quiz!). Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels supportive, practical, and meaningful.
Strengths
I bring authenticity, empathy, humor, and a down-to-earth approach to every session. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation—not a stuffy lecture—where you can show up as yourself, feel understood, and still be gently challenged to grow. I balance compassion with accountability while helping you build practical tools, stronger boundaries, emotional resilience, and a better understanding of yourself. I also believe the mind and body are connected, so we’ll explore habits that support your overall well-being (because your brain and body are basically roommates—they need to work together!).
Ideal clients
My ideal clients are adults who are ready to move from simply surviving to feeling more balanced, confident, and connected. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or the pressure of always “having it together” (even when their inner world feels like a messy junk drawer). I work with clients to open self-discovery, growth, and build practical tools to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.
Treatment methods
Strength-Based
I believe you already have strengths, skills, and resilience—we’re just uncovering and building on them. Together, we’ll turn self-awareness into action, helping you face challenges with more confidence, balance, and trust in yourself.
