I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner in Kentucky. I have been practicing over 11 years. I am licensed children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I primarily diagnosis mental disorders and treat with psychiatric medications when necessary. I have all types of pts. and enjoy getting to know the patient and their unique situation. Common mental health disorders I treat: ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD, psychosis, and substance abuse.
The initial evaluation would be a review of mental and physical health history and current mental health concerns. Psychosocial circumstances, family history, medications, and mental health symptoms would be reviewed. Diagnosis, recommendations, and treatment plan would be completed at the initial evaluation.
I have years of experience with all different mental health disorders. I truly embrace the trauma informed care model. I am relatable and willing to work with the patient to meet/exceed their goals.
I enjoy working with all types of patients. My goal is to improve quality of life through enhancing awareness, lifestyle interventions, and medication management. I have lots of experience with children and adults from different backgrounds. I have a very practical approach to treatment and will work with you to come up with a treatment plan that we both agree with.
