Hi, I am Amanda! Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, or stress? Is it impacting your work or your relationships? Do you feel like you have tried everything to feel better and it hasn't worked? Do you feel like you are just going through the motions and want more out of life? I specialize in helping those struggling, whether it is anxiety, depression, work, or relationship issues. I believe people are capable of much more than they think they are capable of, but things like our thoughts and behaviors get in the way of reaching our potential. We can work together on identifying the problems and improving your life so that you can excel! Would you like to work on reaching your potential and feel better in general? What are you waiting for a better life is waiting.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together I will continue to collect information about you as well as why you are seeking treatment and we will discuss goals you have for treatment. Together we will come up with your treatment plan. I will answer any questions that you have and work to ensure you feel comfortable during the process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are refusing to give up and being able to adapt. I am good at picking up on the subtleties of what a person means but doesn't say, finding the strengths when others see only failure or weakness, and then working on improving the weaknesses and building upon strengths.
