I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida with over twelve years of experience in mental health and wellness. I have served individuals, families and groups of all ages, areas and needs. I’m a self-love enthusiast committed to helping all humans learn how to build a healthier relationship with themselves. My main focus is to empower and encourage all beings to BE and be themselves.
The decision to seek therapy is often difficult and can make you feel vulnerable. My goal is to meet you where you are and give you a comfortable and safe space to work on your needs and goals. In our first session, we will dive into deeper introductions, build rapport and work through a biopsychosocialspiritual assessment to understand your specific needs and tailor a plan that serves you and your goals.
I believe in taking a person-centered approach when helping clients reach their goals, while utilizing cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy.
