LMFT, 21 years of experience
New to Grow
Hi, I'm Rachelle. As both a therapist and a mom of two teenage girls, I know how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel. Whether you’re an individual navigating anxiety, stress, or self-doubt, or a couple looking to reconnect, I provide a supportive space to find clarity, confidence, and hope. My passion is helping you move from stuck and surviving to thriving and living with deeper connection and joy.
Our first session is about getting to know you and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll talk through your concerns, clarify your goals, and begin shaping a plan together. By the end of our time, you’ll leave with a sense of direction, some achievable milestones, and the comfort of knowing you don’t have to do this alone.
My greatest strength as a therapist lies in blending professional expertise with genuine compassion. I draw from years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship struggles. Clients tell me they appreciate my ability to truly listen, offer fresh perspective, and highlight the strengths they didn’t realize they already had. I bring both skill and heart to every session, with the goal of helping you create lasting, meaningful change.
I work best with parents or individuals who are navigating divorce, loss, or other major life transitions, as well as couples who are ready to rebuild trust and connection. If you’re feeling stuck, carrying the weight of grief, stress, or uncertainty, I offer a supportive space to find balance, peace, and a renewed sense of possibility. Together, we’ll uncover new ways to heal and flourish.
For over 20 years, I help clients envision the life they want and take meaningful steps toward it. By focusing on strengths and possibilities, we uncover hope, resilience, and practical pathways to lasting change.
In couples counseling, I create a supportive space where partners can strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen their connection. Together, we work through challenges with compassion and practical tools so both partners feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow as a team.
