Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas, I received my Masters from the University of Phoenix and have been in the field for 4 years. I help children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, stress, depression and relationship issues become the best versions of themselves. I believe that each of us has the potential to heal and the right to be empowered to live our best life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session I will be able to get a better understanding of what you are seeking in therapy and how I can support your goals. WE will come up with goals for your therapy and work on them throughout our time together using evidence based techniques and the approach that is best suited to your situation and goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am flexible and open minded. I love change and I embrace it. I am optimistic about therapy and life in general. I want to help people live more satisfying lives and get the most out of life that they can.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with people who are motivated to create change. You don't have to have it all figured out, but you do have to have the desire to work for what you want.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is focused on understanding the link between thoughts, feelings and actions. Using CBT we can challenge and change our thinking thereby influencing our feelings and actions/behaviors.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Using ACT, we can focus on accepting life experiences as they come, without evaluating or trying to change them. Using ACT skills development we can learn to channel negative emotions in positive ways so that the way we live reflects our values.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT focuses on teaching people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress and regulate their emotions, and also improve their relationships with others.
