As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an MS degree and post-graduate training, I bring over a decade of experience in the field, specializing in a wide range of issues from anxiety to autism. My background includes working in various settings, notably in Alzheimer's care and psychiatric hospitals, which has enriched my understanding and ability to cater to diverse needs. I am certified in Trauma, ADHD, DBT, CBT, neuropsychology, and NBCC Board certified.

I use CBT to help people with trauma, PTSD, anxiety and other disorders by identifying and modifying negative thought patterns and behavior.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
DBT is great for mood disorders to help designed to treat intense emotional regulation issues, self-harm, and borderline personality disorder (BPD)

The use of positive psychology helps focusing on human strengths, flourishing, and optimal functioning to focus on the positive of life.
