Greetings, My name is Norman Shaffer and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Tennessee. I have been practicing as a social worker for over a decade now. I enjoy working with adults who are actively seeking a positive change in their life. I like to partner with clients and guide them towards better outcomes and a healthier balance in life.
Our first session will include information gathering, building rapport, and identifying goals. Plan on prioritizing what you want to focus on during the first few sessions.
As a therapist, I have been successful in guiding clients towards moments of self-discovery. Helping clients remain motivated and focused on self-care is also a passion of mine.
I enjoy working with a diverse population, but I fit best with adults who are wanting to develop and practice the skills they need to achieve the outcomes they desire.
