First session
In our first session together, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and respected. My goal is to understand your story, your struggles, and your strengths so we can work together toward meaningful, lasting improvement. You can trust that you’re in the hands of a friendly, compassionate practitioner who genuinely cares about your well-being.
Strengths
My patients are always at the heart of my work. Compassion is the foundation of my practice—it allows me to build real connections, understand what you're going through, and provide treatment that truly fits your needs. I take the time to listen, support, and guide you with empathy and clarity, helping you feel comfortable every step of the way.
Ideal clients
I specialize in supporting adults ages 15 to 65, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, mood challenges, and life transitions with personalized, evidence-based care. Please note: I do not prescribe stimulant medications. If you're looking for a provider who values compassion, collaboration, and personalized care, I’m here to help you begin your healing journey.
Treatment methods
Supportive
In my experience, the most effective treatment for many psychiatric conditions often involves a combination of talk therapy (psychotherapy) and medication management. Each approach plays a distinct yet complementary role in addressing mental health concerns.
