I utilize person centered care. This can include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, grounding and/or wholistic approaches focused on nutrition, exercise, and sleep.

As a therapist, my strength lies in cultivating an authentic and genuine therapeutic relationship with my clients. This allows for honest communication and mutual trust, which fosters a nonjudgmental and accepting environment where clients can feel seen, heard and valued.

I wish there was an option to select more than 2! Jami has always done such a great job at making me feel heard and understood but also challenged if I need to think or look at something differently. She is gently direct while making sure I know my feelings are valid. She makes me want to be a healthier & better person mentally as an individual, sister, friend, and wife.
