Are you a woman struggling with anxiety, depression, or the challenges of daily life? Are you going through a life change and finding it difficult to manage? I am committed to helping you overcome obstacles and achieve emotional well-being. I invite you to take the first step towards a healthier and more fulfilling life. I am a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience, specializing in women’s mental health. I provide professional guidance and support to women who struggle with anxiety, depression, and the daily stressors that can come with life transitions. Drawing from my extensive clinical experience, I offer a holistic approach to therapy, understanding that mental health is influenced by various factors. I tailor my interventions to meet your individual needs, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for your healing and growth. Together, we will explore the root causes of your emotional distress and work on practical tools and coping strategies to navigate your challenges. By fostering a collaborative and trusting therapeutic alliance, my goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build resilience, and create a more positive and fulfilling life. Whether you're experiencing career shifts, relationship issues, motherhood, or menopause, I am here to guide you through these transitional periods. I will help you find balance, regain control, and build resilience during times of uncertainty and change. My focus is always on building strong, trusting relationships to help those I work with achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our sessions will be structured around your needs and goals. My hope is that you will leave each session feeling supported and heard, and have the tools and skills needed to reach your goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize person centered care. This can include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, grounding and/or wholistic approaches focused on nutrition, exercise, and sleep.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, my strength lies in cultivating an authentic and genuine therapeutic relationship with my clients. This allows for honest communication and mutual trust, which fosters a nonjudgmental and accepting environment where clients can feel seen, heard and valued.
