Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients in California. I specialize in helping people struggling with anxiety and depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief. I primarily work with experiential therapy modalities (Internal Family Systems, AEDP, Coherence Therapy, etc.) that focus on deeper work to address the root causes of clients' struggles. I help people get more clarity, and confidence and feel more peaceful and balanced inside.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I deeply listen and try to understand my clients' stories, concerns, fears, hopes, and motivations. Clients and I collaborate to determine where to focus and how to get there. The primary goal of our first few sessions is to establish the foundations of a respectful, caring, and safe relationship.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Current and former clients often point to my warmth, sense of humor, and caring demeanor as my main strengths as a therapist. I have a welcoming, non-judgmental, and compassionate personality that creates a safe space for clients. I am also formally trained and experienced in some of the most cutting-edge therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, AEDP, Coherence Therapy, and Memory Reconsolidation.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My clients often feel overwhelmed and stuck. From the outside, it seems like they have their lives together, but inside they feel overwhelmed by their anxiety, or stuck by their depression and insecurities. I often work with people facing a major life transition - a divorce, a breakup, career issues, the death of a loved one, or any other situation that has a deep impact on a person's life and sense of self. Clients seeking help with trauma treatment and resolution of trauma often find re. I am formally trained in some of the most cutting-edge modalities in trauma treatment (Internal Family Systems, EMDR, AEDP, Memory Reconsolidation, etc.), and clients seeking help with trauma often find relief and resolution from anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and other common trauma responses.
