Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Individuals go through many different experiences in life and are unable to understand or articulate what is or has happened to them. Together we will get you back in this game of life. You are the expert in your life. You are the author of your story and you can rewrite it as many times as you like. Let me help you be accountable in allowing your heart and mind to evolve. It’s time for the Evolution of you. Providing a safe place for individuals to allow their hearts and minds to heal and evolve from past present and future circumstances.

I look forward to working with all individuals including but not limited to the LGBTQ population and their families. Assisting not only the individual, but family members of the community navigate through acceptance and tolerance of their loved ones thus the family members can eventually be a support system and truly display that unconditional love. The LGBTQ community suffers from a great deal of discrimination which can lead to being physical and emotionally drained, needing a since of relief, and feeling that you’re not alone. My hope is that you feel empowered to develop skills that will be beneficial to your everyday life. Let’s take these steps together as I will be here to support you. You deserve to be happy and loving the best version of your true authentic self.
I would love to work with the LGBTQ population, but not limited to.
