Hi, I'm Dr. Taliah, Life sometimes leaves us unable to direct our attention. We're often being pulled towards many directions. If you have work, school, family or a recent life event you would like to process, I am here for you. If a recent life event has brought you distraction, grief or trauma and has you off of your game, let's get you back on track. I would be happy to support you in returning to your best self. Faith-based holistic approach, upon request.
In our first session, expect to make introductions, share your needs and concerns as we discuss what you want to accomplish from our sessions. We will agree on a plan to help you achieve your goals and monitor your progress.
My biggest strengths relate to talking about solutions, thinking it through, partnering to better understand the why, and the how and overcoming the obstacles.
My clients are solution focused, problem solvers, deep thinkers, change seeking, self determined and motivated. No apologies required.

I was impressed by the quality of our first session. We were able to cover a lot of things and make goals without sacrificing the integrity of value in the therapy.

Love her! Highly recommend
My experience with an Interpersonal approach allows me to meet the client where they are. By providing an empathetic, supportive space, the client is able to develop solutions to challenges. It's a dynamic pairing to strengthen and improve communication that encourages problem solving for persistent worry, avoidance, difficulty concentrating, difficulty with relationships, low energy and declining performance. Person-centered therapy can be applied to mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma and relationship difficulties.
My experience is vast for assessments. I have decades of practice with test administration and reports. Child, adolescent or adult, what is the area of concern and how can I help?
