I tailor my therapeutic approach depending on your unique needs and goals, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I offer both long-term and brief solution-focused therapy.
My biggest strength is creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing complex topics.
I love working with adults who re currently wanting to seek therapy to improve their overall mental health well-being.

Very thoughtful and providing of solutions, great listener and conversationalist, always warm when talking about issues and very inviting. Alot of miscommunications or lack of communications are on my part, but he is very comfortable to talk to when I open up

I have been seeing Alberto for quite a bit and have nothing but positive things to say about him. He is very attentive, understanding and kind. I have enjoyed all my sessions with him and believe that he does an amazing job.
