In our first session, I'll ask you a lot of questions to get a fuller picture on what your mental health needs are. This will help me determine the course of treatment and learn more about you.
I use both EMDR and the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM) to help heal trauma in the mind and body, when just talking about it isn't enough. TCYM does not require any prior yoga experience. It incorporates breathwork, meditation, and yoga poses to supplement the therapeutic process.
