Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC) based in Minnesota. I received my Masters from Adler Graduate School and working on my PhD in Behavioral Health Leadership. I have been practicing for 14 years. I love to help people struggling to take control of their mental health, heal past wounds, build a life aligned with their values, to uncover their inner resilience and strengths, create positive change, and work toward the future they envision.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist for the last 14 years, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I combine a deep understanding of trauma and addiction with specialized skills , allowing me to tailor evidence-based approaches to each individual’s unique journey. My commitment to empathy and empowerment helps clients explore challenging emotions and uncover inner resilience, while my structured guidance provides clarity and actionable steps for healing. Above all, I am dedicated to fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship, where clients feel supported, encouraged, and equipped to make meaningful, lasting changes.

My treatment methods

EMDR

Trauma & PTSD Recovery: Through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients process trauma safely, move past painful memories, and regain control over their lives.

Adlerian

Adlerian therapy, developed by Alfred Adler, is a humanistic and goal-oriented approach that emphasizes understanding individuals within their social context. It focuses on helping clients explore and overcome feelings of inferiority, identify goals, and foster a sense of belonging. Through this process, Adlerian therapy aims to empower individuals to make positive changes by promoting self-awareness, building resilience, and developing healthy relationships. The approach encourages clients to take responsibility for their actions, adopt a proactive mindset, and create a fulfilling, purposeful life aligned with their values.

Mind-body approach

By addressing both mind and body, individuals are empowered to develop a deeper awareness of how their mental state impacts their physical health and how physical symptoms can reflect unresolved emotional issues. The goal is to achieve a balanced, harmonious state where both mind and body contribute to overall wellness.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

Culturally sensitive therapy recognizes and respects the unique cultural backgrounds, values, and experiences of clients. It involves integrating an understanding of diverse cultural influences into treatment while fostering an inclusive, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment that promotes healing and empowerment.

Attachment-based

Attachment-based therapy focuses on understanding and repairing the impact of early attachment experiences on current relationships and emotional well-being. It aims to strengthen healthy bonds, address attachment wounds, and promote secure connections to enhance relational and emotional health.
