Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

One size does not fit all, which is why I tailor the treatment plan to fit each client's unique strengths and challenges. Using different approaches from CBT, narrative, acceptance, and other theories, to help build an approach that feels comfortable for each individual.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, mild depression, ethnicity and race, body image, LQTBQ+ individuals, and those experiencing transitions in life such as breakups, new life adjustments, and grief. Hispanic/Latin clients often seek me out because of my ability to relate and understand their cultural and familial experiences. Other clients appreciate that I can incorporate the Spanish language as it brings a deeper level of understanding.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Young adults, People of color, LGTBQ+, life transitions, premarital counseling, cultural issues, latino/a individuals, mild anxiety, mild depression
