Hello! My name is Viktoryia Biheza Ferretti and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. I specialize in working with children & parents, treating various types of anxiety, behavioral problems, depression, women issues, family conflict & adjustments. I also provide couples counseling and have extensive training in working with victims of sexual abuse and other traumas. My personal background, cultural sensitivity and bilingual (English/Russian) ability provided me with opportunities to successfully engage with many families. First session
Your first session gives you a chance to see if you feel comfortable working together, ask any questions and share your personal reasons and goals for therapy. It is also okay to seek therapy not feeling sure what your goals are, time and therapeutic relationship help with that!

My specialties include trauma work, play therapy, parenting support, treatment of anxiety and depression, adjustment to various life stages, working with survivors of sexual abuse.
Ideal clients
My therapy style is NOT authoritarian and advice-giving, it is compassion and strength based so that a client of any age can work to discover or regain sense of self, confidence, direction and satisfaction.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have extensive experience and training with this research-based approach and utilize it with every client.
Trauma-Focused CBT
This treatment is an excellent source to address many symptoms following trauma and a useful tool for every client.
Play Therapy
I am a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor with several years of experience using play therapy benefits for children and adults alike!

Couples Counseling
I have worked with many couples and some of the methods I employ include CBT, Gottman and EFT (emotion-focused).

Virtual sessions
