(she/her)
Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering in-person and online therapy in Colorado. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and work-related stress. Many of my clients are professionals seeking greater work-life balance while continuing to grow within demanding careers. Even while doing “all the right things,” clients often feel overwhelmed or stuck and are looking for space to gain clarity and create meaningful change. In our work together, we will focus on building practical coping skills, managing stress more effectively, and approaching life transitions with greater confidence. We will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop strategies to support emotional well-being, stronger relationships, and sustainable personal and professional growth.
Our first session together is an opportunity to begin building comfort, trust, and connection while exploring what has brought you to therapy. I may ask some questions to better understand your background, current stressors, and what you’ve been experiencing, but you’re always encouraged to share at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll also spend time discussing what you hope to gain from therapy and begin identifying initial goals. I’ll explain my approach and how we might work together, including what sessions typically look like and how progress is supported over time. There’s also space for you to ask questions, share any preferences, or discuss what helps you feel most comfortable in the process. By the end of the session, the goal is for you to have a better sense of how therapy can support you and what the process will look like moving forward.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I aim to create a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and approachable, where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. At the same time, we will work toward clear, actionable goals such as setting boundaries, improving communication, and prioritizing self-care.
I work with individual adults who are managing anxiety, stress, or life transitions alongside the demands of career, relationships, and family. Many of my clients are professionals seeking greater work-life balance while continuing to grow within demanding careers. They are motivated and open to self-reflection, seeking practical tools not just to cope, but to create meaningful, lasting change. They value a collaborative, structured approach that helps them better understand patterns, improve communication, set boundaries, and feel more grounded.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties. Together, we develop practical strategies and coping skills to shift these patterns, improve emotional regulation, and support lasting, meaningful change.
