What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together I will open up the space and allow you to speak openly about your past and your experiences. I will help guide you and will really want to get to know what makes you "you". We will start thinking about developing goals for therapy and what the expectations are for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I pride myself in allowing my clients to have a safe and comfortable environment in which they can speak freely without judgment. I meet my clients where they are and develop goals specified to each individuals needs.
