Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. I work with a variety of clients that range in age from teens to retirement. I work a lot with trauma and trauma processing, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, ASD, ADHD coping, and couples counseling. I feel like a collaborative approach based in acceptance and care has helped many of my clients to overcome their mental health symptoms and lead happier and more fulfilled lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will have a brief introduction and then dive right into what has been going on in your life. We will look at your current troubles and look back on your past to better understand you as a person. From that point on we will work collaboratively to create goals and a treatment plan with short term and long term goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the health and wellness and counseling space for over 10 years, I have worked with a wide range of personalities and have learned to appreciate individual differences. Life can be challenging, having a therapist by your side to help, support, and motivate you along the way helps!

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with a wide range of clients. My clients are motivated to make changes that will improve their lives and optimize their mental health and wellness.
