I am a person-centered therapist who works with each client to create the best treatment plan to work on their goals. Because each client is different, I make sure to adapt my therapeutic style to each client. I create a safe space for clients to be their authentic selves and feel they can be honest about their issues.
I will gently challenge you and confront any behaviors that need to be confronted, but I will do so in a positive manner with the utmost respect for the client.

First session
Our first session will consist of an intake where I ask questions to get to know you. We will work on building rapport and establishing your goals.
Strengths
I feel that my consistent positive regard for clients is my greatest strength because when someone comes in for help, they don't need someone else to criticize them. I will gently challenge you and confront any behaviors that need to be confronted, but I will do so in a positive manner with the utmost respect for the client.

The clients that I work with are all seeking to change something in their lives and are pursuing a different path. They come from all walks of life and have different dreams and desires.
Treatment methods
Trauma-Informed Care
I have worked with clients who have experienced trauma for 6 years. I have worked with domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse, victims of crime, and others and I bring that informed care to my daily practice.
Gender-affirming therapy
I have worked with clients of all genders and at all different stages of their journey. I help clients explore their identities and support them through the process.
