As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Family Nurse Practitioner, I, Jared J. Carbone APRN, PMHNP-BC have worked in various settings including federal, state-run and private mental health outpatient facilities within the state of South Carolina. I have had extensive training as a psychiatric nurse prior to becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I primarily specialize in medication management to treat adult mood and other disorders including ADHD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder.
First session
Although I do have in office availability, my practice is mostly telemedicine serving residents in both MA and SC. Our first session will be through the Zoom application, a link will be sent to your Charm portal that you will be registered with and to your email. The Charm portal will contain additional consent forms and Questionnaires that would need to be completed prior to our first scheduled appointment. The portal will also allow for easy direct messaging throughout your treatment for ease and accessibility to your provider. I am readily available during the onboarding process to assist you.

I have learned over many years the art of treating psychiatric symptoms. Each individual is not the same and I can help meet your specific treatment goals through telemedicine during your off work hours including evenings and weekends.
