New to Grow
Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or like you’re constantly pushing through stress without actually feeling better? Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside, but internally dealing with anxiety, burnout, or patterns that keep repeating in their lives or relationships. I provide a supportive but structured space where we focus on understanding what’s driving these challenges and building practical tools to help you feel more in control. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, so you leave sessions with strategies you can apply in your day-to-day life—not just something to think about. If you’re ready to move forward and start making real changes, I’m here to help.
In our first session, you don’t need to have everything figured out—that’s what we’ll work on together. We’ll start by talking through what’s been going on and what led you to seek therapy. From there, we’ll begin to identify what you’d like to change and what goals feel most important to you. I’ll ask questions to help better understand your situation, and we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your needs and what feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
One of my biggest strengths is providing therapy that is both structured and practical, while still being flexible to your individual needs. I work collaboratively with you to set clear goals and track progress over time, so you’re not just talking—you’re actually seeing change. At the same time, I understand that no two people are the same, so we adjust our approach based on what works best for you. I use proven, evidence-based methods to help you better understand patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions—and develop tools to improve how you handle stress, relationships, and day-to-day challenges. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults dealing with mental health and substance use concerns in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I’ve also worked closely with veterans and men who are used to handling things on their own, helping them navigate stress, trauma, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide therapy that feels focused, effective, and relevant to your real life—not just something you talk about once a week.
I work best with adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that aren’t working—especially those who are used to handling things on their own. I have a strong background working with veterans and active-duty service members, as well as men navigating stress, relationships, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally dealing with anxiety, burnout, or frustration that things aren’t improving. I also have experience working with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, or better understand each other. While I work with a wide range of individuals, I tend to be a particularly good fit for people who are looking for a structured, goal-oriented approach and want therapy that leads to real, measurable progress.
