Shawn Howard
I am Shawn Howard, and I am a ANCC-board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I have over 20 years of psychiatric experience, ranging from inpatient psychiatric care to outpatient psychiatric care. My specialties include depression, anxiety, panic, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, sleep, OCD, ADHD and more.

First session
I provide a loving, comfortable, unrushed session with all my patient. In our first session, we will discuss your history , needs , diagnosis, medication options and side effects.

Supportive
Brief supportive therapy along with medication management will be use to address underlying psychological issues and allow patients to process difficult emotions and experiences . This combination can lead to better symptom management and help patient enhanced quality of life and self well-being.
