About me

I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and you do not have to carry your burdens alone. Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child, an adolescent facing a tough season, or an adult in a major life transition, I am here to walk alongside you. I offer a safe, flexible, judgment free space where you can feel fully validated and supported as you navigate heavy experiences and begin to heal. Now accepting new virtual clients across Indiana via telehealth! As an integrative LMHC, I blend evidence based approaches to match your unique needs, goals, and strengths. My primary focus is children, teens, and young adults working through trauma, heavy experiences, and big life adjustments. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University and am certified in TF CBT, including Advanced TF CBT for human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation, so you receive specialized trauma informed care.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a casual, collaborative conversation focused on your comfort and goals. I will review confidentiality so you know how your privacy is protected, explain what therapy with me looks like, and explore what has or has not worked for you in the past. We will identify your strengths, hobbies, and interests, as well as explore anything else that is important to YOU.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

You deserve a therapy space that meets you exactly where you are—with warmth, zero judgment, and a plan built just for you. For over a decade, I’ve specialized in helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, and overwhelming life transitions. While I bring specialized, advanced training in trauma recovery, I believe the most effective therapy is the one we build together based on your comfort and goals. I know how important it is to find a therapist who is also a real human; outside of my practice, I’m a proud parent to an 8-year-old, a nature lover, and an avid reader who loves baking and spending time with my animals. Let’s collaborate to help you process the past, manage the present, and build your resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is an individual that needs help navigating the heavy aftermath of trauma, chronic stress, or significant life transitions who is looking for a deeply personalized, flexible approach to healing rather than rigid, one-size-fits-all therapy. A client who needs a therapist that brings highly specialized, evidence-based trauma tools (like TF-CBT) but delivers them in a gentle, creative, and strengths-based way that honors their specific pacing.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I teach concrete, actionable skills designed to help you manage intense emotions, navigate difficult relationship patterns, and survive overwhelming moments without feeling consumed by them.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We examine the close connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, allowing you to challenge negative thoughts, as well as develop healthier coping mechanisms and more balanced perspectives.

Integrative

I firmly reject one-size-fits-all care, using an integrative framework to intentionally blend different therapeutic styles based entirely on your specific comfort levels, goals, and natural strengths.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I provide a step-by-step, structured framework specifically to help children, teens, adults, and families safely face, untangle, and heal from the painful impacts of trauma and PTSD.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I actively honor and integrate your cultural background, values, belief systems, and lived experiences into the center of our work together. We ensure that our sessions respect your unique identity—acknowledging systemic stressors, family dynamics, and personal histories without judgment—so you feel truly seen and understood as a whole person.
