I’m a mental health provider passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and build a deeper sense of self-trust and fulfillment. I work with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions, offering a supportive space to process emotions, gain clarity, and create lasting change. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, connected, and in control of their own story.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I’ll listen to your experiences and goals, and we’ll talk about the challenges you're facing. We’ll start to identify what you want to work on and how we can approach it together. The session is focused on making sure you feel comfortable and clear on how we can move forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to build strong, trusting connections with clients and my focus on meeting them where they are. I’m skilled at listening deeply and offering clear, practical guidance that helps clients move forward. I’m also adaptable, able to tailor my approach to fit each individual’s needs and goals. My commitment to the process and my belief in every client’s capacity for growth helps create a collaborative environment where meaningful change can happen.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve individuals who are facing life transitions, dealing with anxiety, trauma, or self-doubt, and looking to build stronger, more meaningful connections with themselves and others. My clients are often seeking personal growth, emotional healing, and a deeper sense of fulfillment. They may be navigating relationships, career shifts, or challenging past experiences, and they want a supportive, compassionate space to heal, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. I enjoy working with clients who are committed to doing the work and are ready take active steps toward healing.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful behavioral changes. I tailor it to each client’s needs, whether addressing anxiety, depression, or self-esteem, often integrating mindfulness and motivational interviewing for a more holistic approach. CBT’s structured techniques, like cognitive restructuring and exposure therapy, help clients gain insight and build resilience in their daily lives.

Attachment-based

I use attachment-based therapy to help clients understand how early relationships shape their emotional patterns, self-worth, and interpersonal dynamics. By exploring attachment styles, I guide clients in building healthier relationships, fostering self-trust, and addressing wounds from past experiences. I integrate this approach with along with other modalities to support emotional healing, secure connections, and personal growth.

EMDR

I use EMDR to help clients process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and maladaptive beliefs. By guiding them through bilateral stimulation, I support the brain’s natural ability to reprocess traumatic experiences, reducing emotional intensity and fostering resilience.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT to help clients develop emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. This approach is especially effective for those struggling with intense emotions, self-destructive behaviors, or relationship difficulties.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients explore and understand their inner parts, fostering self-compassion and healing. By identifying protective and wounded parts, I guide clients toward unburdening past trauma and strengthening their core Self. I often integrate IFS with mindfulness, attachment-based work and other modalities to support deep emotional healing and personal growth.
