Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. I received my Masters from California State University, Fresno. I take pride in building healthy and transparent therapist-client relationships allowing us to work together to meet goals. I help, children, teens, young adults, and elder adults struggling with various mental health issues. I have experience using CBT techniques, person centered therapy, mindfulness strategies and art.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. Ill asked open-ended questions about your daily routines, hobbies, family life and more. We will also discuss challenges you are facing and areas you want support in. This will help me create a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My experience has taught me to meet people where they are. I'm authentic, genuine, and her to help clients become the best version of themselves.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with younger children who may struggle with attachment or trauma. I also enjoy working with teens and adults who struggle with self-esteem, relationships, family issues, and day-to-day life stressors.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT focuses on changing thoughts and behaviors. This treatment method is problem focused and helps us understand how are thoughts, behaviors and feelings are connected. I use this method to help clients understand their thoughts and behaviors and how to mange/improve them.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I’ve used person centered therapy for about 4 years now. This treatment method helps with self-actualization and encourages making positive changes.
