New clients continue care with this provider

Hi! As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years experience working in community health centers, out-patient facilities, and in a private practice setting, I most enjoy helping adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and recent life transitions such as career changes, divorce, and loss/grief. I will provide a safe and supportive space free of judgment and bias where we can begin a collaborative journey towards improving your quality of living and feeling more fulfilled in all the roles you play.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The intake session will be for information gathering purposes as the true work begins in subsequent sessions. We will work together to identify therapeutic goals and arrive at an individualized plan that factors in your personal lifestyle, worldview, cultural considerations, value systems, and core beliefs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I too have struggled to find my place in this fast-paced world and genuinely understand the value and importance of having an ally who is consistently warm, accepting, patient, and compassionate.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Are you struggling with feeling low, lonely, or lacking motivation? Have you encountered recent life changes that have you feeling anxious or out of control? I am here to help with coping and distress tolerance skills building, establishing clearly defined boundaries, and improving self-esteem and confidence.
