Hi, I'm a therapist with 15 years of experience and I know life can feel overwhelming sometimes. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood and never judged. I believe therapy works best when you can show up as your real self, talk openly and feel supported while working through challenges, healing and personal growth together.
In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, and goals for treatment. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive and judgment free space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we will begin building a therapeutic relationship and develop a plan tailored to your individual needs and goals.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I value creating an affirming, inclusive and safe therapeutic space. I also provide virtual Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy to support clients in processing trauma, anxiety and distress from the comfort of their own environment.
My ideal client is open-minded, motivated for change and ready to explore the root causes of their current struggles. They may be experiencing anxiety, trauma. depression, stress or life transitions and are feeling meaningful and lasting change. They value a supportive, collaborative therapeutic relationship and are willing to engage in the process of healing, self-awareness and developing healthier coping strategies.
