(she/her)
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or challenged by relationships or life decisions? Therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity, build insight, and move forward with intention. Selecting the right therapist is an important step. My work is rooted in a long-standing desire to offer what I once needed myself—an objective, compassionate presence to help navigate life’s complexities. With over 12 years of clinical experience, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, career transitions, burnout, parenting challenges, neurodivergence, and existential or spiritual questions. I take a collaborative, individualized approach, integrating evidence-based practices to align with each client’s unique goals. If you’re ready to begin the process of growth and change, I would be honored to support you.
During our first meeting, I will ask you lots of questions so we can get to know each other and identify therapeutic goals. It also gives you a chance to make sure I am the right fit for you.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard. I take a collaborative approach, helping clients set goals that feel meaningful and achievable, while offering guidance and strategies tailored to their unique needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. I integrate techniques from CBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, depending on what best fits the individual. This flexibility helps clients see both immediate relief and long-term growth. My clients often tell me they leave sessions not only feeling supported but also with concrete steps they can take, which makes therapy feel both empowering and actionable.
I am the best fit for teens and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads in life—whether in relationships, career, or personal growth. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, parenting or family stress, or burnout. I also love supporting neurodivergent clients and those exploring deeper spiritual or existential questions. What they share in common is a desire for growth and openness to working together toward meaningful change.

Renee is very thoughtful with her questions and understanding of the situations I am bringing up. Very genuine and makes me feel very comfortable talking about things I wouldn't normally share.
