Hello, I’m Mary Beth. First, I want to thank you for reviewing my profile. I know that reaching out for help is not easy, but you have made the first step to start bettering yourself! Are you feeling like something is wrong and no one to talk to about it or afraid to share with your loved ones out of fear of judgment or shame? Overwhelmed and feeling your life is off and out of balance? Grieving a loss? Marital and or relationship struggles? Low mood and no interest in activities you used to enjoy? Feeling like you are existing and not living the life you truly want? Are you relying on unhealthy ways to cope with life? Putting yourself first is so important because if you are taking care of yourself, everything around you will fall into place. Whatever you are dealing with, I am here to help you. With my sincere, compassionate, personable, down to earth, and non-judgmental approach, I strive to provide you with a comfortable and safe place to share what you are going through. Together we can work on improving your quality of life and work through the things that you have been dealing with on your own. I am looking forward to working with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session with my patient for building rapport, introductions, and understanding what the patient is coping with. I want to learn about the patient’s background, current daily living to create a picture of their life, to better understand them and truly get to know them. This helps me to understand the best ways in which to help them.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Feedback I have received from clients about my strengths as a therapist include feeling truly listened to and heard, genuine approach, feeling comfortable with me to open up without hesitation, kind and sincerely compassionate.
