In our first session together, we'll start with a brief introduction, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me to create a tailored plan for us to work through that may include medications if needed with follow up sessions to insure the safest and best outcome.
I can see patients across the life span, Children from 10 years old to Adolescents and Adults. I do specialize in Geriatrics as well. I have worked with the Geriatric population in many local nursing homes for over 10 years and understand your needs and your family concerns.
I am best positioned to serve Adolescence to Adult and geriatrics. Because I have raised 3 kids and the last one is still a teenager with ADHD and I have managed geriatric parents as they aged and work with patients in long term care for more than 10 years.
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past fifteen years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety and depression. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
