(she/her)
As a Nurse Practitioner, I am committed to a comprehensive, holistic approach to care—one that takes into account each individual's familial, spiritual, physical, and emotional background. In every session, I aim to incorporate therapeutic techniques, whether supportive, motivational, or cognitive behavioral. I prioritize active listening and believe that our time together is not solely focused on medication management, but also on building a professional, therapeutic relationship. I listen attentively to your psychological needs while also considering the broader aspects of your life that impact your well-being.
In our first session, we will review your family and medical history, explore your current symptoms, and begin developing a personalized plan of care—all while establishing a strong therapeutic rapport.
What sets my therapeutic approach apart is the consistent use of compassion and active listening. I combine evidence-based practices with critical thinking to support problem-solving that goes beyond medication management. While my care is rooted in clinical research and best practices, I also offer a level of life coaching—helping clients navigate real-life challenges, build resilience, and improve overall well-being.
My ideal client is someone experiencing depression, anxiety, or obsessive-compulsive disorder who may be struggling with inadequate coping strategies. I offer support not only through medication management for moderate to severe symptoms, but also through regular sessions—whether weekly or biweekly—focused on practical methods to improve overall quality of life. While I may refer clients with OCD to a specialized therapist for targeted therapy, I am also available to provide sessions that focus on strategies to help reduce and manage symptoms effectively.
