Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In my practice I can assess cognitive decline, dementia, depression, anxiety and offer a thoughtful blend of coaching, counseling, and consulting tailored to meet you exactly where you are. I offer a warm and practical person-centered approach that helps families and caregivers reduce stress, improve daily life and preserve dignity.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I've spent my career believing that the right support at the right moment can change everything for a person. I work with individuals and families who are navigating some of life's biggest and most tender transitions. I've spent years at the intersection of healthcare and human connection, and I'm bringing everything I've learned to sit alongside you. I am certified in Mental Health and Aging and Dementia Therapy and have worked with dementia patients and their families, aging Veterans managing the long term affects of PTSD and older adults struggling with depression, anxiety and grief.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

The majority of my clients are over age 50 and are managing a significant life transition. Many report feeling depressed or anxious and are struggling with a chronic illness or dementia/Parkinson's diagnosis themself, or in a family member. Many of my clients are caregivers who struggle to juggle it all. We will utilize skills a variety of person-centered approaches, skills found in DBT, CBT and solution focused treatment to bring you relief as quickly as possible.
