Ena Dumond
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing virtual mental health care for adults who are seeking compassionate, accessible, and evidence-based treatment. My practice focuses on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, sleep difficulties, and life transitions.
My practice focuses on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, sleep difficulties, and life transitions.
I believe that mental health care should feel collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each person’s unique story. In our work together, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I take time to understand your symptoms, challenges, strengths, and goals so I can develop a treatment plan that truly aligns with your needs. Whether you are navigating persistent worry, low mood, emotional overwhelm, or simply feel “stuck,” I’m here to guide you with patience and clinical expertise.
First session
During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to seek support. I’ll ask about your current concerns, symptoms, and any goals you have, while also learning about your mental health history and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. My approach is warm, patient, and nonjudgmental—we move at your pace. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Strengths
My greatest strengths are my ability to listen deeply, create a calm and supportive space, and build trust quickly through virtual care. I take a whole-person approach, combining thorough evaluation with evidence-based medication management and practical, CBT-informed strategies. My therapeutic style is collaborative and clear, helping you feel empowered, understood, and supported. Clients often share that they feel more grounded and hopeful after our sessions, and my goal is to provide effective, accessible care that fits comfortably into your life through telehealth.
Ideal clients
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or burnout and are seeking lasting change rather than temporary solutions. Also, value a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where your voice guides the process and your autonomy is respected. If you feel stuck in patterns in relationships, at work, or in your self-talk, and are motivated to understand the underlying reasons. Additionally, if you want to integrate mental health and overall wellness by combining emotional insight with practical skill-building.
