Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Tennessee. I have obtained my Master's in Social Work. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults that have experienced anxiety, depression, history of suicidal ideations, trauma, self-esteem. I help clients gain insight into their mental health goals and support each goal presented.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will do introductions and I will go into detail regarding the therapy process. I will inquire about what you want to work on in therapy and if you had prior therapy or not. If you have prior therapy, I will ask what worked for you and what did not as well as identify treatment goals to work on in session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I provide an environment that helps support vulnerability and feeling judgement free. I actively work with each of my clients to work on goals that are important to them during their therapeutic journey. I also feel that I actively listen to what clients wants and support them of being the expect of his or her life. I am always honest and pride myself on having clients to think outside the box when necessary.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with clients that are eager to learn the strength that he or she has within themselves to be the best version that he or she aspires to be in life. I love to see the connections that are made when clients are addressing identified stressors within their life.
