Provider Resource Hub: App & AI
Overview: app & AI
Support between sessions
The app extends your care beyond the session while keeping you in control. It offers your clients helpful tools while respecting clinical boundaries and reinforcing your role as their provider.
Progress and support
Clients build on your guidance by completing homework and exploring topics with coach, which supports evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and ACT.
Convenience
Clients can easily join sessions from their phone, schedule appointments, and access
any therapy toolkit resources and messages
you’ve shared.
A secure space
When a client opens the app, it requires FaceID, TouchID, or a passcode to access their data. This protects against unauthorized access, similar to banking and other healthcare apps.
Session continuity
By sharing session insights and resources, opportunities open up for work to be done between sessions. Clients arrive prepared and more engaged for their sessions with you.
Clinical control
You can disable coach for any client for whom you determine it's not safe or beneficial.
One-click disable is available in your portal with no impact on other app features.
Clinical boundaries
Designed to stay within clear, non-diagnostic, supportive parameters, coach directs complex issues to you and tells clients it’s not a therapist or crisis tool and doesn’t replace therapy.

Feature spotlight: therapy toolkit
In addition to interacting with coach, booking appointments, and attending sessions, the app gives your clients an easier way to engage with the therapy toolkit resources you share — anytime, anywhere.
That gives you more opportunities to:
- see what clients are engaging with
- tailor care based on what’s resonating
- strengthen progress outside of sessions
Why don’t all of my clients have access to the app yet?
We’re rolling out the app in phases to make sure everything works smoothly. Availability may vary depending on client location, eligibility, and other requirements. If a client doesn’t yet see this option, it likely means their account isn’t included in the current release group.
