For more than twenty years, I've sat with people at the edge of what they thought their lives could be — helping them break free from anxiety, depression, trauma, and the relationships and transitions that keep them circling the same painful ground. What I've learned in all those years is this: you are not broken. You are, more often than not, simply disconnected — from your own knowing, from what matters, from the quiet intelligence that has been trying to reach you all along.
My work weaves the science of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with the ancient wisdom of Vedanta and mindfulness — traditions that have mapped the human heart for millennia. Together, they offer more than symptom relief. They offer a homecoming.
But there is a deeper current running beneath everything I do. My private practice includes shamanic work, animal communication, and soul-level intuitive channeling — ways of listening that reach beyond words, beyond technique, into the territory where real transformation lives. Clients often tell me they feel seen in a way they've never experienced: not just heard, but known.
This is not therapy as maintenance. This is therapy as awakening.
When you work with me, you get a guide who is fully present, deeply attuned, and grounded in something far older and larger than any single method — someone who trusts that your life is trying to become something, and knows how to help it get there.
Ready to stop coping and start living?
Let's talk.
Hi, my name is Stephen
As a Christian do you ever feel like you are letting God down, or like you are not being faithful enough because you have real-life problems? Problems In your relationship, emotionally, behaviorally, or even with substance abuse.
Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
I help individuals manage their anxiety, depression, or burnout by addressing the needs of your body, mind, and spirit using the bible. I integrate current counseling theories with sound biblical principles to help develop a stronger relationship with God, and a stronger you.
Whether you are dealing with being overwhelmed, relationship issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I am here to help.
Seeking therapy can seem scary and maybe even against some of the teachings you've learned in church, but you are making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together I will meet with you, and your spouse if you want, with compassion and evidence-based techniques while using biblical principles so you can overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. The research says that 1 in 4 people in the United States, at any given time, have mental health issues. This does not exclude the church. The average church in Virginia has 250 members attending on any given Sunday. That means that at least fifty people in your church service last Sunday are struggling with some type of mental illness or emotional problem. I work with churches to help them with ministering to the hurting, please let me help you.
Hi! I'm Jasmine and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been practicing therapy for 6 years. I obtained a Bachelors in Psychology in 2010 at Eastern Michigan University and completed my Master of Social Work at Johnson C. Smith University, graduating in 2017.

If you want to live a life that aligns with your values or true identity while communicating and reinforcing your boundaries, I can help you get there. If you’re ready to build a happy, thriving life while being true to yourself, let’s chat today.
I come from a military family that has been located throughout the United States, allowing me the opportunity to meet people from varying cultures and backgrounds. This has contributed to my ability to become more culturally competent and open-minded when working with different clients.
When I’m not in therapist mode, I’m...
Either out and about on the town attending open mics, enjoying brunch, having fun at concerts or at home watching the Food Network, cartoons, dramas, and comedies.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and owner of The Kairos Experience, PLLC. I have been professionally practicing for three years. I am trained and skilled at assisting clients in navigating recovery from childhood trauma and narcissistic abuse, effective parenting using Attachment Theory, couples counseling, and treating individuals with depression, anger issues, and anxiety. I currently have openings for 5-7 couples (self-pay only) and 20 adolescents or adults.
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, a new life transition, or struggling to cope with the weight of your problems daily? I can help you find a way forward and offer you the tools to tap into the inner strength that you possess. I believe in approaching therapy from a warm, genuine, and validating perspective and often use humor to help my clients get “unstuck” from unhelpful thinking patterns. My job is to be your mirror to see what is already there: infinite wisdom.

Welcome! I’m Christien Harden. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can work through life’s challenges at your own pace. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or identity-related concerns, my goal is to help you find clarity, healing, and balance in a way that feels right for you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who specializes in mental health. I am qualified to work with all ages. I love working with the elderly, couples who suffer from PTSD, depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia. I have experience working with the severely mentally ill for more than thirty years. But my passion is the elderly. They do not get the attention they deserve, in my opinion. Considering that they have worked and contributed to society most of their lives.

Hey there! Thank you for sliding on past my profile and the above quote is essential to not only my mindset in how I approach everyday as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) but also how I want to assist in creating a space for my clients. I am currently based in Pennsylvania & have over 10 years of experience working with an array of clients. I have helped many from young adults to older adults take a deep dive within themselves to challenge thoughts, perspectives and beliefs that create a mental and emotional limitation on becoming a more empowered and improved version of themselves. My goal is to respectfully challenge and guide clientele to look within themselves since they are the best expert on their own life and choices so that they can discover the innate skills and abilities that can take them to higher heights within their situations and lives.
Hello! I’m Veronica, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a heart for helping you navigate life’s hurdles. With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Turabo University of Puerto Rico, I’ve dedicated 10 years to fostering resilience and growth in individuals 18 and older facing anxiety, stress, substance use, and more.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can freely express yourself and discover personal solutions. My practice is inclusive, welcoming clients from all backgrounds and sexual orientations. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both Spanish and English, ensuring you feel heard in the language of your comfort.
Hi, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of social work and mental health experience. I utilize evidence-based therapy models focused on my clients' strengths, abilities, and unique life experiences in efforts to improve quality of life and restore overall health and wellness. I greatly enjoy my work with clients and the reward in my work is seeing clients succeed and overcome life's challenges.
Hello! I'm Robert, and I want to commend you for taking the courageous step towards bettering yourself through therapy. As a licensed therapist in Arizona and Virginia with 6 years of professional experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, complex trauma, PTSD, and life changes. My approach is rooted in respect, sensitivity, and compassion, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally unsteady, or unsure how to move forward — you don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.
My name is Michael Starr, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I believe therapy is more than just problem-solving, it’s a place to rediscover who you are, heal what’s been hidden, and move forward with clarity and strength. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity questions, and emotional overwhelm.
My style is honest, grounded, and deeply respectful of the human experience. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT, but I also hold space for what cannot always be explained, your story, your meaning, your growth.
Clients often come to me feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we uncover the patterns keeping you there and build the insight, skills, and resilience to move through them. You won’t be rushed or judged. You’ll be heard, supported, and challenged when needed.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be willing to start. Healing begins with one honest conversation, and I’m here to take that step with you.
Twenty-five years of experience working with a wide range of individuals with a wide range of presenting problems and needs. I have helped individuals work through grief, trauma, adjustment disorders, difficult life transitions, acculturation issues and end of life counseling. I have experience working with addiction and recovery including compulsive gambling and sex addictions. I have also worked with individuals in various stages of commitment to change. I have worked in a variety of settings within the mental health field including hospital settings, partial hospitalization settings, outpatient therapy, intensive case management, as well as remote services. I have been clinical director of two outpatient treatment centers. Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's degree Social Work at Florida International University. Do you find yourself overthinking everything, especially your relationships, conversations, or whether you’ve disappointed someone? Maybe you’re the person everyone depends on, yet you’re quietly overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. You may have a hard time setting boundaries, constantly put other people’s needs ahead of your own, or find yourself seeking reassurance even when part of you knows everything is probably okay.
Hi, I’m Ash. I’m a licensed therapist providing virtual therapy to adults in Massachusetts, Virginia, and Colorado. I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, relationship patterns, low self-confidence, people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty putting themselves first.
Therapy with me is more than having a place to vent. I want to help you understand why these patterns keep happening and, more importantly, learn how to change them.
Together, we’ll identify the thoughts, behaviors, relationship dynamics, and emotional patterns that are keeping you stuck. We’ll work on practical ways to manage anxiety, communicate more effectively, set boundaries without drowning in guilt, build confidence in your own decisions, and stop allowing fear or other people’s reactions to determine your choices.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and active. I’ll listen and validate your experiences, but I’m not a therapist who simply nods for 50 minutes. I’ll ask questions, offer honest feedback, gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you, and give you practical strategies to use outside of therapy.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need to be willing to get curious about yourself and begin making changes. My goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life and eventually trust yourself enough that you don’t need therapy to do it.
Hello, my name is Sally. For decades it has been my life mission to help people return to resiliency after setbacks, losses, pain, stress, and suffering. Resiliency means you still acknowledge and own the dark times in your life, but you are freed to return to creating, to feeling compassion instead of being needy and fatigued. Resiliency means your body, brain, hormones, and emotions are back in flow and in healthy relationships with others and the environment and that your mind is free to focus on the things you want and need to focus on.
Often people come to therapy feeling stuck and feeling unable to change a situation or the suffering in their lives. Many times for life problems that just emerge, all you need to return to resiliency is more options to consider. Most successful outcomes involve finding the right combination of attacking certain aspects, embracing and loving certain aspects, simply letting go of some aspects, and avoiding some aspects of an issue. I bring a comprehensive set of tools and provide coaching on how you can put the right tools for you and your situation into action.
In all cases, it is best to build on our strengths. However, in many cases - especially if your ‘weaknesses’ are connected to intractable and chronic pain or long-term damage, like in addictions, it is best not to ignore or push those problems and feelings down or to the back. I can help you navigate through the inner judges, critics, and defender parts back to a centered, reliable starting place. I help you find and connect a ‘good self to come from’.
Sometimes emergent life challenges reveal the deep fault lines of old unresolved traumas. Often struggles with competency, completion, relationships, dependence, or other aspects of being consistently functional and resilient are rooted in unresolved events or relational traumas. I can help you make a journey map to get started in coping with and ultimately resolving those traumas. I can assist you in learning how to connect to and relate to those parts that are impediments to healthy relationships, body flow, and resiliency. The task is to reorganize clusters of feelings and find a starting place for change and balance.
