My experience and commitment to training continue help me hone and update my specialization in attachment and trauma work so as you and I collaborate, we have current tools to help you thrive! Attachment and trauma work are important areas for all of us to address if we want to live and love fully. I also specialize in preparation for birth and adoption, bonding, post partum/ post-adoption adjustment and depression and anxiety - all areas where attachment work can transform your life and your relationships. Know that attachment style work can be a fascinating and fun process of discovery! And know, too, you have support here in using these great tools to meet your goals.
Lastly, evidence-based tools for trauma & attachment work can also help you remove entrepreneurial & career blocks & find your way through anxiety & loss. You can break through old patterns...patterns that are actually just signals that you need a safe & supportive environment along with effective tools so you can develop & use emotional literacy as essential life guidance. No one taught us this stuff; it's not your fault you don't have this needed information and tools. The good news though is these things are here for us now!

I believe therapy is meant to be a space of mutual collaboration, help work towards and help understand those aspects of your life that motivated you to seek guidance. I believe that each situation is unique, just like the individuals involved. I embrace multiple modalities that include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Self-Compassion. I thus embrace a client-centric approach of unconditional positive regard where the goal is for you to embrace your inner strength, leading to your desired clinical outcomes.
You may be someone who appears strong and capable on the outside while privately carrying stress, trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or the pressure of always having to hold everything together. I work with adults of all genders, and over the years, I have gained extensive experience helping men address the concerns that often matter most to them.
My work with men includes navigating relationship and communication difficulties, divorce or separation, fatherhood, work-related stress, anger, emotional isolation, loss of identity, depression, anxiety, trauma, and the pressure to remain strong while struggling internally. I understand that many men have been taught to suppress vulnerability or solve problems alone. Therapy with me is practical, respectful, and judgment-free—a place where you can speak honestly without feeling criticized or misunderstood.
As a South Asian therapist, I also understand how culture, family expectations, identity, immigration experiences, and intergenerational patterns can influence mental health. I welcome South Asian clients, veterans, active-duty service members, and individuals coping with PTSD, military-related experiences, major life transitions, and relationship concerns.
My approach is warm, direct, culturally responsive, and focused on meaningful change. Together, we will understand the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen your coping and communication skills, and help you move forward with greater confidence, peace, and clarity. You do not have to navigate everything alone.
I thank you for the opportunity to collaborate with you in your healing journey. My desire is to
help you through life’s struggle, and challenges. My goal is to provide authentic, compassionate,
and nonjudgmental quality care. Building a therapeutic relationship is the first step in the
treatment process. I offer person centered therapy specific to your individualized and unique
experience, in order to assist you through the struggles of life. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist with strong counseling abilities and an understanding of interpersonal familial relationships. I utilize a goal-
oriented, strength-based approach with my clients. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a
graduate of the University of Georgia and have been practicing for 5 years. Thank you for taking the first step and for allowing me to
be part of this very important journey.

Hi! I'm a licensed counselor in Florida (LMHC), Texas (LPC-Supervisor), and Utah (LCMHC). With over a decade of experience, my journey in mental health began with a passion for helping individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve their fullest potential.
Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to continuous learning and professional development. I am trained in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on building strong, healthy relationships. Using this method, I assist couples in navigating and healing from betrayals, enhancing their communication, and fostering a deeper connection. Witnessing couples transform their relationships and rediscover trust and intimacy is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about self-care and mindfulness. I often incorporate these practices into my therapy sessions, empowering clients to develop their own self-care routines. I believe that a holistic approach to mental health, which includes attention to physical, emotional, and mental well-being, is essential for achieving lasting positive change.
Whether working with individuals or couples, my goal is to help my clients build resilience, find balance, and lead fulfilling lives. By providing a supportive and empathetic space, I strive to guide my clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth.
With over 10 years of experience, I help adults, young adults, and college students navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, overthinking, and relationship challenges. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself anymore.
