Welcome! I'm Tiffany Pope, a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Georgia, Florida, and Maryland. With more than 24 years of experience supporting children, families, and adults, I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore life's challenges, strengthen your relationships, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, parenting challenges, stress, or relationship concerns, I'm committed to helping you cultivate resilience, confidence, and meaningful growth.
Before we start today, let me explain to you a little bit about who I am and what I do. I work for Grow Therapy providing therapy to clients who present with various issues. My job is to identify and target any problems you might be experiencing and work with you to create and implement a treatment plan to address these issues. Today I am going to spend about 45 minutes with you to get an understanding of your life. At the end of today's session, we will create a set of recommendations to start the helping process.
You're showing up every day — at work, for your family, for everyone who counts on you — and from the outside, it looks like you've got it all figured out. But underneath, you're carrying more than anyone knows. The stress, the worry, the feeling that no matter how much you do, it's never quite enough.
I'm Season, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the founder of U Matter Counseling. I work with professionals who are high-functioning on the surface but quietly struggling with anxiety, stress, and the pressure of trying to hold it all together. You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support — and reaching out isn't a sign of weakness. It's one of the strongest things you can do.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered techniques. I also integrate faith-based perspectives for clients who find meaning in their spirituality. Sessions are 100% virtual, so you can get the support you need from wherever feels most comfortable.
My name is Leslie and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I have been practicing mental health therapy for over 17 years. I chose to become a Therapist because I noticed over the years that people seemed drawn to talk to me and I was often told that I have a very "disarming" personality, and that I have a very "safe, calm and nurturing disposition." I innately possess avery empathic, kind and helping nature which immediately felt by others with whom I interact. In my private practice, Resilient Minds Psychotherapy, I am committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive care to a diverse range of clients. I welcome individuals from many backgrounds and I tailor my treatment to your unique experiences, values and goals. I believe we all have the capacity to be "Resilient" , and with gentle guidance and support, I will assist you with finding your resilience.
I am a licensed therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges, heal, and cultivate meaningful growth. My practice focuses on guiding individuals through anxiety, life transitions, and relationship dynamics using evidence-based, personalized care. Together, we will work collaboratively to help you develop practical tools and achieve a greater sense of clarity and wellbeing.
For the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal, and discover their potential through therapy. I’ve worked with diverse populations, including military personnel, youth, and adults, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
My ideal client is someone who is ready for change, needs a little encouragement to take that next step, or wants to better understand who they are, why they think and behave the way they do, and how to become the best version of themselves. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, working through past experiences, or simply trying to find your footing, you don’t have to have it all figured out before starting therapy. We all have a starting point, and you’re welcome to begin yours here.
Welcome — I’m Glad You’re Here
For more than 13 years, I have had the privilege of helping individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult moments. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses. I have developed a particular passion for supporting young women, from adolescence through their 40s, as they navigate the emotional, relational, and life challenges that come with growing and finding themselves.
I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about what is wrong. It should help you understand yourself, your diagnosis, and how it impacts your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily functioning. My goal is to help you develop practical tools to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, while remaining individualized to your unique needs. I believe you are the expert on your life, and my role is to help you uncover your strengths, challenge patterns that no longer serve you and develop healthier ways of navigating life.
I bring authenticity, compassion and lived experience to my work. I understand that you can know what you should do and still struggle to do it. You can be accomplishing things, caring for everyone else, and quietly struggling inside. Therapy can be the space where you no longer have to carry everything alone.
My goal is not simply to help you feel better temporarily. I want to help you create lasting change. Together, we will work toward greater self-understanding, emotional well-being, confidence and resilience, so you can navigate life successfully and become the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. You simply have to be willing to take the first step.
Greetings, my name is Soncheray. I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 10 years of experience. I started Fruitful Life Counseling Services to help individuals understand the "fruit" they bear. How are you showing up in the world-but most of all for yourself! Are you showing up for you at all?
You have already taken the first step by searching for someone to talk to; you have started the process-BUT WHAT NOW? I specialize in helping individuals accurately identify what is holding them back. Being able to accurately put words to our emotions is so important in identifying the correct coping strategy. It's no secret that when we feel overwhelmed in one area, we start to feel a sense of powerlessness that transfers into other areas if not addressed. When the transfer happens, we often don't know where the stress or trigger is coming from.
Powerlessness can emerge for a number of different reasons. Something triggered these feelings you have. My role in the helping relationship is to help you identify and face your emotions, rather than avoid them. It is time to take your power back, and trust your intuition again. You will never win the race against the thing(s) you're running from. It's time to stop running. Let's get started.

Hi, I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, major life transitions, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and challenges with boundaries or communication.
My goal is to provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, cope, and connect with others. I understand that many people come to therapy after spending years taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, minimizing their own needs, or trying to hold everything together. You may appear strong and capable to others while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what to do next.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We will make room to process difficult emotions while also identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful steps toward change. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you understand yourself more clearly and use that understanding in your everyday life.
Whether you are experiencing a recent challenge or working through patterns that have developed over many years, we will begin where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and am not accepting new couples or family therapy clients.

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly, gain a better understanding of yourself, develop practical coping skills, and work toward becoming the best version of yourself.

In many ways, this transition represents a full-circle moment in my professional journey. I bring the insight, developmental understanding, and collaborative approach from the school setting into my practice, offering teens and their families compassionate, structured, and informed support.

Sherrie Tilghman, LCPC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 7 years of counseling experience. She is licensed in the state of Maryland. She is a team member of Grow therapy. She loves working as a therapist. At Grow therapy, every day is exciting because she has an opportunity to do what she loves and that’s helping people overcome life’s challenges through effective life skills and coping skills. She has a passion for working with the bereaved. It’s often a challenge for the grieving to seek counseling, as a therapist I get the opportunity to accompany them during that journey to healing.
You’re truly welcome here. I love nature, walking, spending time with animals, and meaningful connection. I work with people who experience stress, anxiety, grief, traumatic experiences, boundary challenges or low self esteem. My approach is gentle and collaborative, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward clarity, balance, self-trust, and lasting well-being at your own pace
Are you feeling depressed and anxious? Are you finding your life is in turmoil because you have to make a change? Maybe you are changing careers or jobs, you’re recently divorced, your home is now an empty nest, or you are retiring. These are only a few of life’s transitions that can bring on depression and anxiety. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the therapy I use most often, states that A (Antecedent action or event) + B (our belief about that antecedent action or event) = Consequences, (depression or happiness). If you think of a transition or event (A) as a negative experience (B), you will experience the consequences of your belief, as depression and anxiety (C-negative) or as happiness and excitement (C-positive).
Unfortunately, many of us view a transition or change as a bad thing, a time when we are facing the unknown without a map. I would like to help you see change as an opportunity, a time for growth and exploration. Come with me. Together we can make change a positive force for a bright future.
please schedule appoints only on the hour.😀
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through life's challenges. For those open to it, I also offer faith-based support, honoring the role that Christian values and spirituality can play in healing.
I value a collaborative approach to counseling and believe that therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique needs and experiences. Whether you are facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to helping you discover solutions, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and hope. My aim is to support you in creating lasting changes that align with your values and the life you envision for yourself.
Together, we identify practical strategies to overcome obstacles, develop healthier coping skills, and create realistic goals that lead to meaningful progress.
