In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and create a comfortable space for you. We’ll review informed consent, gather basic information, and use assessment tools to understand your experiences and needs. We’ll touch on your main concerns and begin exploring them together, while also looking at your hopes and goals for the next month, 3 months, 6 months, and beyond. Together, we’ll find gentle, practical steps you can take, and you’ll leave feeling clearer, supported, and with space to share feedback and stay accountable along the way

My strengths come from my life experience and ability to empathize, putting myself in others’ shoes. I help clients connect with their potential and create meaningful, lasting change with compassion and practical tools.

Integrative

Integrative therapy combines talking therapy and cognitive techniques with trauma-informed interventions when needed to support safety and emotional regulation. A key element is flexibility and individualized care, allowing approaches to be tailored to each client’s needs, strengths, and goals. The wellness component includes psychoeducation, mindful breathing, grounding practices, self-massage, and healthy habit changes to support overall mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
