Hello, my name is David Fallon and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been licensed for about 20 years. I've worked with all kinds of individuals. I started by working with kids with behavior issues. Mostly I have worked with serious mental illness on the streets serving unhoused individuals. And I have worked with people seeking help in a one on one therapy situation. The first session will be for us to get to know each other and see if this is a good fit. I will be asking a lot of questions. Feel free to ask me any questions that come up as well. I will tell you a little bit about how I work. In the early stages, I basically follow your lead. You tell me what you want to work on, and I ask questions to understand the problem. Together we figure out ways of dealing with these problems. Sometimes it takes more than one or two or even a dozen tries to find the right things that work for you. This process is a journey, and I am here to help guide you through it. I can make recommendations, but it is up to you what you want to do and what works for you. Sometimes difficult thoughts are feelings will come up. Do not be afraid to express them when they do as the more genuine and honest you are, the more I will understand what you are dealing with. That being said, always take things at your own pace. Never feel rushed or forced to say anything you are not ready to say.

As a therapist with a curiosity about what makes humans tick and my own struggles with mental health, I understand how one’s experiences shape our mental health and how we strive to have hope to cope. My own pursuit of healing and Chinese-American background has inspired me to combine culture with therapy, offering relatable care that embraces our brokenness and yet, finds strength in our weaknesses. I deeply enjoy having deep conversations about challenges like cross-cultural identity issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions because I know how important it is to have an accepting professional that can offer an objective viewpoint with unconditional positive regard.

I'm culturally competent and have specific experience working with people who are first-generation Americans who are walking the line between two cultures, learning how to integrate all their parts into a cohesive whole.
I am a straight-forward but empathic therapist, who also appreciates the same from her clients. I also believe in the social work mission of starting where the client is, so sessions are based upon that analogy. I have experience in many areas, including hospital, foster care, group homes, forensics, Veterans, home health, etc. I received my Masters of Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve Univerity, and my Doctorate of Psychology from California Southern University. Although I have a doctorate degree, my scope of practice does not fall under psychological testing, pharmacological practices, nor community services. I only do individual therapy so if you need case management (such as letters), family/couples therapy, psychologicial testing, or medication, please refer to those licensed or practicing in those areas.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns and personal goals. My counseling style is eclectic, engaging and interactive. I believe that every person deserves to have someone that they can talk with, gain insight from and connect with that will not interfere with their daily living. I like to create personal and professional goals with individuals based on their interests, opinions, and skills not based on other people's opinions of them. I often will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy with a humanistic and solution focused approach.
HI, I am Pat Moriarty. I have been in practice from many years and enjoy helping clients grow and make the changes in their lives they desire. I have extensive experience working with people who have depression, anxiety, grief, and health care issues, as well as life transitions. I help people understand what and why they are experiencing certain feelings and help alleviate discomfort.
Hi there! I have been practicing therapy for thirteen years and still find so much joy in learning each persons unique story. Just a little about me: I graduated from University of the Pacific in 2011 with my BA in Psychology and Cal State Northridge with my MS in Counseling in 2013.
I saw my first client in 2012 and have worked in a variety of settings since then: on site elementary and middle schools, private practice, EAP, intensive outpatient programs, and residential treatment.
I am a down-to-earth and collaborative therapist who believes that the foundation of effective healing is a genuine, honest connection. I prioritize creating a transparent environment where you feel heard and respected, allowing us to work as true partners in your mental health journey. My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy is most effective when it is practical, straightforward, and focused on your unique reality.
In our sessions, I value honesty and the identification of healthy, realistic goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where we work together to uncover the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying irrational thinking patterns and challenging negative self-talk, we can begin to reframe your narrative in a way that serves your growth rather than hindering it.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a significant step, which is why I focus on providing a non-judgmental space where we can tackle challenges at your pace. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, daily stress, or life transitions, my goal is to provide you with a functional toolkit of strategies you can use long after our sessions end. Together, we will move toward a more balanced, resilient, and fulfilling life.
I have been privileged being a therapist for over 40 years. I have worked as a probation officer, child protection worker and directer of various treatment programs. I have also been in therapy which gives me a perspective of the the value of therapy as both a client and therapist. I enjoy working with folks in the recovery community, first responders and those who had traumatic childhoods. I respect the courage it takes to ask for help. I treat your courage with honor and dignity.
Finding the right therapist is often the most difficult step in the healing journey. It requires finding a balance between someone who deeply understands the science of the mind and someone who genuinely cares about the person sitting across from them. With 13 years of clinical practice, I have dedicated my career to being that balance for my clients.
My approach is rooted in the belief that while our pasts shape us, they do not have to define our future. I specialize in two of the most effective, evidence-based frameworks available today: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Through CBT, we work together to identify and reshape the thought patterns that keep you feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed. We look at the "why" behind your actions and replace old, automatic responses with intentional, healthy choices. Through DBT, I help you build a concrete toolkit for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Whether you are navigating intense emotional "storms" or simply looking to improve the quality of your relationships, these skills provide a roadmap for stability.
Over a decade of practice has taught me that there is no "one-size-fits-all" solution. I view our work as a collaborative partnership; you are the expert on your life, and I am here to provide the clinical expertise and objective perspective to help you navigate it. My goal is to move beyond just "venting" and toward tangible, lasting change.
I provide a non-judgmental, warm, and structured environment where you can feel safe to explore your vulnerabilities while being challenged to grow. Together, we won't just talk about the life you want—we will build the skills necessary to live it.
As a seasoned clinician, I specialize in helping clients find steadiness during times of uncertainty. I bring a mindful, practical, and collaborative style to therapy, helping you slow down, make sense of your experiences, and build the skills and confidence needed to create meaningful change. My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can reconnect with your strengths and move toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.

Hello, I am Michele. Thank you for researching who I am and what I do. I am a very down to earth, caring, warm person, who wants to help others to have their best life possible. Everyone has times when they feel they are carrying much on their shoulders, and I see anyone who has a major life change, to someone that just feels they may need to talk. My therapy is open and calming, and I will listen to anyone that wants to better their life and their relationships with others.
My ideal is to help others help themselves around mental health issue created in the past and in the present. With this in mind, I went back to school at a later age and received a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in developmental psychology at Mills College in Oakland and then an additional master's in counseling at The Wright Institute in Berkely. These academic experiences were life changing due to knowledge gained. During my years of being a therapist I have helped others to gain similar knowledge leading to lives with increased sense of self and calm.
I am a licensed therapist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology who has worked in the field for most of my adult life, in a variety of settings and with a wide range of people. I use approaches and methods drawn from classes, teachers, and traditions that speak to the universality of human suffering and the need for tender, fierce, and playful compassion to help relieve it. Suffering can arise from a specific problematic emotional or behavioral pattern that needs changing, calling for a focused systematic approach. Or someone can suffer from a vague chronic dissatisfaction and worry that, "there's something wrong with me," inviting gentle but persistant curiosity and education. Often suffering comes from anxiety, depression, loneliness, feeling stuck, or simply overwhelmed. I invite clients to "think out loud" with me, verbally or otherwise, sharing only when and what they're ready to, but listening for aspects of their experience that may need attention, including neglected aspects of themselves. I offer suggestions, and encourage trying new behaviors and noticing the results. "If what you're doing isn't working, do something else."
I'm Casey Binstadt, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Interwoven Connection. I work with individuals navigating some of life's most disorienting moments — divorce, infertility, relationship shifts, and the transitions that quietly reshape who you are. My approach is warm, honest, and grounded in real connection. If you're ready to stop feeling stuck, I'd love to help.

Hello,
I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that).
At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy.
As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran.
Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.
I am a licensed clinical social worker serving clients in Maryland, Washington DC, Michigan, and California, with over 17 years of education and professional experience. Having lived and worked in several regions of the country, I bring clinical experience, cultural awareness, and a deep commitment to caring for the whole person.
My counseling is clinically informed, gospel-centered, and Bible-based. Christian faith is not an add-on to my work; it is the foundation that shapes how I understand people, suffering, relationships, healing, and hope. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, parenting, pregnancy, postpartum, and women’s issues, and with couples working through conflict, communication, and trust.
You do not have to have everything figured out to begin. My desire is to create a space marked by care, honesty, and careful listening as we look together at your story, your patterns, your pain, and your hopes.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with 20 years of experience working as Clinical and Medical Social Worker. I have had the honor to work with clients with a wide range of life circumstances including chronic illness and disability, terminal illness and end of life, and supporting adults and their families navigate complex medical systems by way of providing empathic, mindful, and client-centered care. The individuals I've worked with have histories of addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, and immigration issues. My previous clients have been multi-cultural, POC, and LGBTQA. Through this work, I've had the privilege to counsel individuals and families in moments of great fragility and unknown.
My style is warm, calm, empowering and present. It is extremely important that the individuals I work with feel safe, heard and provided with the opportunity to identify the areas of which they would like to focus on in counseling without judgement or bias. My approach combines mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and humanistic therapies. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I am Brandy, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW/LCSW) offering compassionate and specialized psychotherapy services to adults in California, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. I am also a U.S. military Veteran with multiple deployments, and my lived experience deeply informs the care I provide.
My own healing journey, combined with my service background and professional training, has shaped an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I am an EMDRIA-trained EMDR therapist and offer evidence-based trauma treatment to help clients process and heal from painful life experiences.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional impact of serious health diagnoses. Whether you're coping with the aftermath of trauma or facing a new chapter in life, I offer a collaborative, supportive space focused on strengthening your resilience, restoring your sense of self, and promoting lasting emotional well-being.
With over 40 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I help people listen to their inner voice and develop self-knowledge to find the path that feels right for them. I believe each person is unique, with their own biology, neurology, family history, and culture. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can learn about themselves, find their best path forward, and achieve their goals.
I’ve been working with individuals for nearly 20 years, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: none of us are meant to do this alone.
Sitting one-on-one with someone as they untangle their story is work I don’t take lightly. It’s an honor. Over the years, I’ve supported people through burnout, transitions, grief, relationship shifts, identity questions, and those quieter seasons where you just know something needs to change, even if you can’t name it yet.
I also have advanced training in trauma and ADHD, which means I understand how deeply our nervous systems, past experiences, and unique wiring shape the way we move through the world. Whether you’re navigating the impact of trauma or trying to make sense of an ADHD brain in a world that doesn’t always accommodate it, we’ll approach your work with both compassion and practical insight.
Individual therapy is powerful. There is something sacred about having a space that is entirely yours — where you don’t have to perform, hold it together, or take care of anyone else. I also believe people need people and that is why I lead women's groups and retreats as well.
At the heart of my work is the belief that we’re all just trying to get home — home to ourselves. Home to steadiness, clarity, belonging, and alignment. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with that place inside you that already knows the way.
