Hi! I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I have been practicing for 12 years in varies of setting focusing on addiction, trauma and life transitions. I have a passion for helping those awaken their inner strength and reliance towards creating a life they always envisioned for themselves. I see therapy as a creative process helping clients create and master their own journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I enjoy providing education, clarity and answering questions to help make therapy as welcoming and stress free as possible.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I dedicated the past 10 years in understanding the complexities of trauma and adverse life experiences can impair ones quality of life of how they view themselves and the world around them. As an EMDR therapist, healing and recovery is possible.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with those who are motivated to heal from past life experiences that have clouded their present but are destined to not let it affect their future. Being open to new insight and awareness creates freedom to change and heal from the past.
